1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our platform, purchasing hardware components, or booking professional IT consultations, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Services & Hardware Procurement
- Scope: All service descriptions—including Managed IT, structured cabling, CCTV deployment, and server installations—are outlined on our official pricing sheets or custom contract proposals.
- Availability: Hardware availability, laptop components, and computer spares are subject to active market supply and manufacturer constraints.
3. Pricing, Payments, and Billing
- Currency: All default rates, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are quoted and transacted in Bahraini Dinars (BHD).
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC): AMC service agreements are binding for the specific term outlined in the individual contract and renew under agreed-upon terms.
- Late Payments: Failure to settle engineering or deployment invoices within the specified window may result in a temporary suspension of active background IT support services.
4. Customer Responsibilities & Data Backups
While our technicians handle laptop repairs, desktop upgrades, and server installations with extreme professional care, the client is solely responsible for executing comprehensive data backups prior to any physical hardware intervention or software modification. We assume no liability for catastrophic data loss on units brought in for physical repairs without prior backup confirmation.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, our business shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including business downtime, lost data, or operational disruptions—resulting from the implementation or failure of deployed IT solutions.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled strictly under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.
